I'm trying to create a web page for a youth public organizorganiztion in St. Petersburg, whichе is not registered anywhere. It's called like 'Naobum' (Non-depedent association of opened buryat youth).

Trip to the chess competetion 'Aeroflot Open-2005'

I'm busy with a search of 750USD for my brother Anatolij Khaptaev, master in chess. He really wants to takepart in an opened inteernational tournament in chess 'Aeroflot Open-2005'. Anatolij needs such not a large amount of money in to come over to Moscow, get a room in a hotel an make the tournament payment. It's difficult to find such amount of money, but nonetheless it's possible. I've got many ideas which can be useful, but unfortunately some of them can't be fullfiled in real. What could you advice on how to get such the amount of money?
